East Coast Customs is a family business located at Northgate, on Brisbane’s north side. Established in 2005, East Coast Customs has quickly cemented their reputation as Brisbane’s number one premium vehicle enhancement specialists.
East Coast Customs offers a wide variety of services, ranging from a simple logbook service (both new and used car) all the way through to full vehicle customization, suspension and lift kits, 4×4 accessories, and high-level race / competition ready performance packages.

There are numerous internal departments within our organization, however all departments integrate and work seamlessly with each other to ensure a fluid, dynamic work environment that is always customer and outcome focused.
CUSTOMER TEAM
Summary: Our Customer Team is responsible for all things outside of the shop floor – basic admin / data entry, HR & compliance, customer experience, support,, marketing, sales, service advisory, operations, stock control, freight & logistics, & business development.
WORKSHOP + VEHICLE UPGRADES
Summary: Our workshop department entails both the staff that control and oversee our technicians and workshop floor, and also our amazing technicians and talent themselves.
DYNO & TUNING
Summary: Our dyno & tuning department involves highly skilled and trained technicians capable of programming and re-calibrating engine control management systems at a professional level. This department also has cross over with the workshop department, as our calibrators are generally qualified technicians themselves, who have also completed extra training within the realms of aftermarket engine management tuning.
